Funny you should ask. I have begun just casting replacement window inserts for AM Pullman heavyweight cars. These are coming from a "mother mold" and will be subsequently used to make production molds. The resulting urethane replacement window castings will include single and paired regular width windows, as well as wide, narrow, and short narrow windows. These should allow S scale modelers to reconfigure AM Pullman heavyweights into other sleeping car floor plans, parlor cars, coaches, or other similar equipment. I intend on bringing some samples to the Springfield show this weekend (I'll be there Sunday.) Further announcements and a web site update will be forthcoming.
