Subject: {S-Scale List} My new curved crossover is done and running

All,

Here is a clip of my new custom curved crossover. http://youtu.be/r1lYlMhHisc
Please give it a look. I more is getting installed in the opposite direction at
the other end of the layout.

Nothing worth doing should be done less than 3 times. I made a mini panel with
the LEDs from a piece of Acrylic I had. It is 4” x 15”! The others were
Masonite. I wanted to paint it black – pretty simple. No! I used the glossy
black by mistake. When I went to spray the satin black on top of it all it
crazed the glossy black. I stripped it off by wiping it with auto lacquer
thinner. . Amazingly it was unaffected by the thinner that otherwise EATS
plastic. I sprayed the satin black on. It did not cover. I stripped that off. I
grabbed the airbrush and used Scalecoat Loco Black. I laid out the stripes for
the 2nd time. When I sprayed on Krylon clear coat it started to craze the paint
– again! It is not that bad. I used it. I will paint it again if I ever get
that bored! (:->)

Thank You,
Bill Lane
