Hi Jim: Thanks for the information - this helps a lot. Some others have responded off list to say these cars were also used for sand for glass-making, and for potash. Willard OH is as good a desination as any, so that's what I'll add to my waybills. Thanks for working on this project - it IS a great model. I remember doing one of these from a resin kit in HO many years ago and always enjoyed the wagon-top on them - even more so than on the boxcars. Cheers! - Trevor
