Pieter, The S Scale Workshop group had a very interesting and excellent article about their set up in Railroad Model Craftsman a couple of years ago. I was amazed by the type of work that was put into that layout. I'm not positive, but I thought the article stated that they could set up their modular layout a number of different ways. Sorry I missed the show.
