If you want Tomalco's tie plates cast in brown or any other color, they can be easily tinted. Just ask Larry Morton about doing this; I'm sure he'd give it full consideration. I designed and produced his plates under the SMMW name long ago; I measured several plates and made SLA patterns from those but compensated for oversize model spikes.
