Heard from Lafayette Rail Services a while ago.The RIX throttle has recovered
frommy ineptitudiness efforts to repair it,and its on its way home. Now, when
the Sympatico throttle arrives,SHABBONA will have a full complement of
throttles,if not people to use them.

Yesterday I bid on an SHS SW-9 switch engine. It was painted for Conrail, but I
thought if I won the bidding, I thought I would see if anybody wanted to trade
an SW-1 for it before it received SHABBONA colors. No problem, I didn't win it,
but it would have been nice. Oh well, RS-1 #33 is filling in well for
SHABBONA's SW-1 #22 until the mechanical forces have a chance to inspect it to
see why it keeps stubbing its toe on the back elevator switch. I can't believe
DCC Don T. hexed it, but who knows (:<).

Anyway, as things stand right now, #33 is The Humongous mill switcher, RS-3 #37
works the main yard, and RS-1 #30 is back on the job at Terminal District.
There is a train for Mooar Yard ready to go when the power is serviced and made
up, and the passenger train FP-7 has been turned and is sitting on the
Outbound, waiting for the yard crew to switch and make up the outbound
passenger train.
