Dave, that reminds me of a couple of sequences in the movies--North by
Northwest with a plane diving in a field and also a movie with Lee
Marvin, Prime Cut-- I think was the name where a large harvester is used
to chase them in a corn field!
S content--You can use the many harvesters sold my SHS on their
flatcars, but for an airplane you might have to resort to obtaining a
plane from some Lionel guy's collection from his flatcar load!

and I'd get a radio controlled crop duster to come in and spray it
