They are $9.00 for four brass balls. That includes the shipping. You need four of them if you want to change all of the universals at the same time. I strongly suggest that you do that instead of going back again and agin as they break, one at a time. The problem with the plastic balls is they are thin walled and in time will split. The hole through the ball is 1.5 mm. The idea is that you take the jack shaft out of the OMI drive and throw the plastic balls away. Clean the oil off the jack shaft, and the ball, then slide the ball onto the end of the jack shaft. use a soldering iron to secure the ball to the shaft, or try the good CA glue if soldering is not in your modeling toolbox. These will not fix every version of the Ajin built Overland Models diesels. Not sure just what you have?? Email me and I will do my best to explain the differences.
