Nice looking car!
Would sure like to see a kit for SP/T&NO stockcars.

Between all kinds of distractions some involving actually earning a

living, I've made uneven but continual progress on the East West Models'

Soo Line stock car kit. I'm attaching two fresh shots. I've yet to

attach the doors and all the metal/plastic detail parts. Right now it's

riding on a pair of PRS trucks. I don't know what style of truck the

prototype ran on, but I'm guessing Andrews for the later version. This

car is fairly unique for stock cars. As far as I can remember the Soo

Line didn't have too many unique pieces of equipment throughout it's

history so this might be the only time they stepped out alone.

I also have installed some Kadee #5's although instructions provide a

way of using the #800 couplers. I might have time this weekend to put

in it train to check it's roadworthyness! I might note that the detail

parts are a curious selection of parts from several suppliers--Tichey

grabs, grandt brake wheel, SHS brake detail, some stirrups by Lane, and

some that I didn't recognize.

This has been a fun project, as it's a much different twist on the old

wooden craftsman kit and isn't even close to the typical resin kits.
