While this is a Budd publicity photo it was actually a very common thing on
the PRSL. On Sunday nights almost all of the RDC were gathered up in 1 train
and headed south. The farther south they went some units would peel off for
branch lines to be waiting in the morning for northbound commuters.

 

10 of the original 12 PRSL RDC are still in existence in 1 form or another.
Most of them are managed by the Cape May Seashore Lines with some in
excursion service.

 

I did not give the demonstrator scheme the slightest thought for decals as I
have no interest in it. I will direct anyone that is interested to my friend
and see if you can engage him.
