The PRR uninitiated generally go for the N5c so I am surprised the N5 (incorrectly labeled as a N5a) went for significantly more. It might not spend its service life as PRR. New Haven had some that were either very close or 2nd hand PRR - I forget the details. Both were new unpainted never removed from the box. Given they were built in about 1987 that is pretty rare in itself now.
