Items needed 2 Dremels - very much preferably variable speed. Very sticky double faced tape. A Scotch brand black nylon web carpet tape works well. Clear plastic sheet. Probably .020 1 Dremel sanding drum 1 piece of 1/8" brass or steel rod. The base of a drill bit will work fine. Lots is patience. It works but not every time. Put the rod in 1 Dremel and the sanding drum in the other. Cut a very small patch of the double faced tape and stick it to the rod end. Cut a small square of plastic sheet and stick it to the tape - approximately centered. Turn both Dremels on at a slow speed. Slowly sand the square until it is the round size you want. The Dremels should be held so they are opposing each other on contact - not chasing each other.
