GATX is a leasing company, and while they specialize in leasing tank cars, they 
also lease locomotives.  RR Picture Archives has one page plus of GATX 
locomotives.  Check it out at

Unfortunately, no SD60 is listed, but that doesn't prove there isn't one.  And 
we deal with a lot of stand-ins in S anyway.
