I am literally working on my Alclad Stainless Steel painted brass RDC NOW! I am experimenting with doing decaling and if/what I should do for a clear coat. That part is still very TBD for me. Bob H says not to clear coat. The paint is very soft and easily worn at the handling spots. I thought about doing touch up but have to remove the pilot snow plows so I am stripping and starting again without attempting touch up. More on this later.
