I apologize if this information is in duplicate. I believe I got this information at one time through Bill Lane. There is a person in Florida named Gerald Glow who has a number of decals listed in HO scale, but will do them in S if you contact him ([email protected]). He does list one set of MKT HO scale decals for a single sheathed boxcar, so I don't know how close they are to what you need.
