Like MANY things on this list, subjects come around again and again and
again... Decals and where to get them is a frequent flyer here. I don't
claim to know why any of the following happens. For the most part is it not
my business. To be blunt while I am by far not accusing others of posting
untrue things, I just have a tough time believing it based on my own
experiences extremely positive experiences with Jerry Glow.

Bill Hanslik & I have exchanged emails directly a few months back. Bill
related he was having difficulty in getting an order from Jerry. I replied I
have only gotten amazing service from Jerry. I am STILL getting amazing
service from Jerry. I am about to place a new order this week.

Not that I think there is any real connection here but for much of my
business with Jerry, particularly the O Scale orders, I get sent cars
without decals and am expected to return them RTR. In short without Jerry
and the decals he has made for me on the past 9ish months there is a lot of
business I would not be able to do. Jerry is aware of this fact.

So while it is unfortunate that some cannot say it, I simply cannot say
enough good things about Jerry Glow making decals for me. I am not trying to
annoy, or incite, just a statement of fact as I see it.

Thank You,
Bill Lane
