Based on personal observation,
these paints have all been coming out of the same spigot for some years
now. They've been selling a single common paint thinner for quite some
time.
The current Floquil formulation appears (and smells) to be the
same stuff as Model Master Enamel, while Poly Scale seems to be identical
to Model Master Acrylic. Since Floquil has been harder to find in this
area for awhile, I've had no problem intermixing these brands and using
them interchangeably.
