I know that Walthers is a major distributor of Floquil and PollyScale, and it appears that there is a run on their inventory, as I've been told a number of the major colors are now out of stock.
I apologize if this is a duplication of a prior reply, but Badger produces a line of modellers paint called ModelFlex. I don't have any experience with it (I mainly used Floquil or PollyScale) so I'm just making a suggestion. They carry about 150 colors in their model train palette, as well as 3 sets of basic railroading paint.
