Just to let those know about my open house for the Scranton convention
layout tours.

My open house will be Wednesday 8-7- 2013 and Thursday 8-8-2013. I will stay
home Thursday, as I've had requests from convention goers who weren't going
on the COAL MINE tour, asking if they could come here. Our house is very
easy to find

I've recently had conversation with Wally Collins son, Wally III, and he has
informed me that Wally had a bad stroke last March, is very meek, but is
okay and doing the best he can at age 90 in a nursing home. (His birthday
was March 16th.)

Of interest is that besides Wally in his room is the stand that Stan
Furmanak made for him, to repay Wally for all his kindness [generosities] to
Stan and his brother. See note below ....

"Hi Bill

My dad had a stroke last March, and is now in his nursing home doing the
best he can for 90 (he had his birthday May 16th).

Although we can communicate with him, but his facilities are quite limited
but he still has the train table in his room with him!.

I will share this with my sister who lives near where he stays and have her
share it with him.

Thanks for thinking of him. Wallace E. J. Collins III, Esq."

Mary and I hope to be in Scranton Friday and Saturday.

More on the NASG Convention in Scranton later on
