Hello, I understand ( I think) that speed steps represent the incremental power on the throttle from zero to 255 max. I can't find out how to change from either 14, 28, or 128 speed steps. I'd like to find out which speed step each loco is in, and how to change steps if necessary. Thanks. Ed Davis Stockton
