Some months ago I finally bought one of the Omnicon MP 2-8-0's. It was
generally in pretty good shape but someone had replaced the archbar leaf-spring
tender trucks with Andrews, which from such research as I've done are quite
incorrect. None of my obvious ideas for finding any have panned out. Does
anyone have an extra set they'd be willing to part with?
Archbar leaf spring trucks seem to be quite rare in S scale: other than these,
the only others I could find were under the BTS 0-6-0 tenders--and Bill Wade
wrote he had none to spare.
