Whether Jim's layout will be operational for 2016 is iffy. He's slowed down
quite a bit. One of our members can bring him to club meetings, but most
are in basements and Jim has great difficulty with stairs. His wife Phyllis
is in retirement home, apparently for the rest of her life. It's only a few
miles away, so he visits her every day.
He also mentioned selling off some of his models. Time will only tell.
