Last question (I hope): there are holes in the pilot deck/beam for the pilot deck braces, and there are cast bases for the braces soldered into the lower smokebox, but no indication that there were ever braces from the bases. According to all the drawings and photos of the prototype they should be there.Could any other list members who own one check to see whether theirs are properly equipped?
