{S-Scale List} Mystery Layout

I haven't been able to follow the list too closely lately, but I just received 
the general "photos added to your group" message. The photo folder is named 
"2013 Georgia RR layout for NMRA visitors" and the author is "poordancer". None 
of this helps me discover whose layout it is. Can someone enlighten me please.
