Charles & All,

Bluntly put you simply cannot get away without owning SOME X29 - no matter
what era and road you model. I had seen the Conrail X29 twice over about 10
years in the Columbus Ohio area. Dates are really escaping me now but the
2nd time was absolutely AFTER Conrail was gone. The car was recently
painted! (MOW Gray) I have little doubt that the car is still being used
today. It was 1 of the most rust free X29 I had ever seen.

The sheer number of X29 as PRR and the variants make it an essential car to
have en masse. The is just no way to get around it. Send S Scale America
massive quantities of your money!

There was some talk about us selling the Pennsy S Models X29 decals. There
are 20+ ready to use numbers for all versions. The problem is Microscale
continually made errors in the printing so there are 3 run versions where
you have to pick certain items of off each set to correctly decal a car. It
is really annoying. Even today I have to study the sheets to remember what
decals to use. I will make a for sale announcement IF it happens. As of
right now they are not for sale yet.

Thank You,
Bill Lane
