Your screen might be different (this new format sucks), but if you go to the
bottom of the email page, my screen has several options in grey boxes with
blue print. One of them is “reply to sender”. Click on that and it sets
up a personal email...

Trying to reach you off list but with this new format can't seem to find the
right keystrokes. Can someone educate me how you send private emails with
