actually, if you want a light weight, extremely strong foam core, youshould look into poly-iso , it is sold by roofing suppliers, not sure about the big boxes, richard todd did an article in rmc about 3-4 years ago,this stuff is extremely strong and light weight, combined with plywood construction, sides and ends, this is the ultimate free-mo solution mel perry
