Over on the TCA group, a discussion was held on photos of a British Train show & how different it is/was from American Shows. I had gone to the photo site, but not clear through all the pics, so I was surprised when an AF layout was mentioned! Rotary had a very popular BBQ which required restocking and parents were raising money for a Perins School Rugby Tour to Singapore by manning the Real Ale Tent selling Fagins Beer produced by Itchen Valley Brewey. The local Save the Children Branch manned the doors all day and Perins School provided the refreshments. The Cheriton Scouts manned the car parking and members of a local Rock band raised �165 from the raffle. Overall the show will have raised around �1500 which is distributed to various Youths organisations in and around Alresford." S' David D.
