Do not place any of these rectifiers in line with any Aircraft Beacons and 'bubbling tubes'. These devices need full AC voltage into the bulb to generate 'heat' to make the beacon spin and the tube bubble. A diode in line with these devices will cut the available current in half and the bulbs will not heat up enough to make the 'beacon' spin, and the 'bubbling water tube' will not bubble.
