Wanting to rejuvenate my old AF handcar, I applied 'rust'o'leum' spray paint to the body. Followed the can instructions to the 't' about several light mist coats, then let dry, and apply a final "wet coat". Oh what a mess!!!
The original AF paint crinkled up! What kind of paint did Gilbert originaly use on his painted cars? Is there any kind of paint stripper I can use to get rid of all the crinkled paint safely so I can start over? Thanks so much, mikey.
