These versions do not exist. There is only 2.9 and 2.13, but no 2.9-2 or
2.13-1. Are you using a Fedora package? If so, could you point me to the
source? I'd like to check if there is maybe a Fedora-specific patch that
causes this.

Can you reproduce this if you create a new file system with S3QL 2.9 and
then upgrade that, or does this only affect a specific, existing file system?
