Thanks a lot for your answer, I just saw your replies.
So I will give it a try!

One more question please : 
- I understand that it's possible with s3ql to mount S3 buckets on multiple 
instances/machines with read-only permissions, which is great.
But correct me if I'm wrong, it also should be possible to do this with 
read-write permissions if we don't edit the same file on multiple machine 
at the same time.

And this case seems a bit rare to happen in our workflow...
