You cannot upgrade directly from S3QL 2.11 to S3QL 2.15, you need an
intermediate version (maybe 2.13). Please check the mailing list
archives, this has been discussed a few times.

If you had a problem with tokens, you'd get something like a "Permission
denied" error.
