You can try to set xml_ns_prefix in src/s3ql/backends/s3c.py to '{}' or
the empty string (one of them should work). However, this will break
compatibility with better behaved servers.

Getting this to work with conforming and non-conforming servers at the
same time requires a bit of work (that's why the issue isn't yet fixed).
