It will have been the last version in Debian stretch which was installed
on 2016-01-22, or on 2015-10-18 (based on the changelog of updates I
have on the server), I'm not sure which version that was, the changelog
has 2.16 dated as 23 Feb 2016:

I guess it was that version.
