Hello,

When attempting to mount or fsck to a backend that I can't connect to, the
following messages show:

Backend.open_read (attempt 3)...

Obviously I can just stop mount/fsck manually, but is there currently a way
to limit the number of times that s3ql attempts to reconnect such that it
just automatically terminates if it goes over that number of retries?
