Hi all, I plan to use S3QL for creating a versioned backup. I will use rsync to sync data, because of it' delta block sync capabilities. To preserve disk space, the snapshot approach sounds the best. I will also make backup folders immutable to safeguard them. I have two question regarding this:
- rendering a folder (let's say the first, basic one) immutable, will also mean that rsync cannot delete files that are gone in the source file tree, correct? - does anyone have a backup script that could be used to borrow from?
