Ah, that's exactly what I needed! $ s3qlstat storage/ Directory entries: 38400 Inodes: 38402 Data blocks: 41730 Total data size: 179 GiB After de-duplication: 162 GiB (90.64% of total) After compression: 150 GiB (84.16% of total, 92.85% of de-duplicated) Database size: 10.3 MiB (uncompressed) Cache usage: 33.1 GiB (dirty: 6.57 GiB) So another ~6.5GiB of dirty cache to go, or 2-3 hours upload with my poor upload rate. (By the way, I ran the command "s3qlctrl log ~/storage/ debug" yesterday, as mentioned. That appears to be hanging still.)
