Hello Adam,
the authinfo2 file must be in ~/.s3ql/authinfo2 – AFAIK putting it in the 
source directory, "src" in source directory or in the current directory 
does not work.

So if your user is addudk, put the authinfo2 file in 
/home/addudk/.s3ql/authinfo2
