I also get the error: *ImportError: cannot import name 'INTEGER*' when
running *'sudo s3qladm'* or any other s3qlxxx command globally.

Ubuntu 18.04, S3QL 3.5.1 installed with *python3 setup.py build_ext
--inplace* and then *sudo python3 setup.py install.*

All tests ran successfully after the build.

I can run s3ql commands successfully by changing back into my build
directory and running* 'bin/s3qladm' *or any other command, so I imagine
that some component is not getting installed globally by setup.py install.

The problem is that I need to have the commands available globally for ease
of scripting, etc.

Thanks for a really great FS and such superb documentaion.
