Just an FYI, with Ubuntu 20.04 to install s3ql (3.7.3, I have not updated
to 3.8.0 yet) all I needed to install from scratch were pyfuse3
(python3-pyfuse3_3.2.0-2build1) and Trio (python3-trio-0.18.0-1). I built
these with debuild and installed the resulting .deb packages. s3ql then
built and installed (and most importantly, ran) just fine. I wasn't using
dh-virtualenv, but probably should in future! 8-)

Good luck!
