Bruce Robbins commented on S4-1:
--------------------------------
I followed the procedure for converting a git repo into an SVN project with
history preserved. I found two versions of the procedure, and both warn that it
doesn't play well with history that contains lots of merges. I tried anyway.
The git process would frequently stop and ask me to perform a manual merge with
a text editor. I was still working with pretty early history when I gave up. I
could continue on this path but I don't know offhand how all old conflicts
should be resolved: This could take me days. What do you think?
