* gradlew (generated from gradle tool)
* in the bin distribution, we also have bin/s4-tools which is generated during
the build.
These files don't need a license file (they are generated from builds and build
files are properly licensed). Nevertheless, we should clarify that, for
instance in a custom header of the file.
