Sorry Teresa, I don't have a cutting - if anyone else has it I'd like to see it
also.

On the PM - he's lost the plot. He also says that he wants journalists to seek
his permission if they want to write about SD. He hasn't said that's just
foreign journos, that's everyone. The man is barking. It's a sign that we have
him and his cronies on the run - he is losing control.

Rooney, if you have access to the City Press article can you post it?
Seems it was in print only as i can't find it online.

But did see this in the Observer today and thought it funny....
am wondering if PM would put you, Rooney, in this category?
gee, just think, a new Act in SD can be created just for you!

But in reality, barnabus the barbarian is paid well to fabricate fairy
tales of the kingdom so why shouldn't journalist be paid for revealing
the truth?

Newspaper columnists paid to rubbish Kingdom

PRIME Minister Dr Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini has said people who write
articles that taint the image of the country are being paid to do so.
Such people will in future have to ask for permission from government
to write about the country. He said this in senate when explaining
what the public should do in order to accept titles, decorations,
medals and other honours in terms of Section 253 of the Constitution.
Senator Robert Zwane had moved a motion for Senate to debate the
issue.
The prime minister said there were people who write articles which
taint the image of the country, adding that this was not acceptable.
He stated that the people were funded by other countries to write the
articles, especially in local weekend publications.
Like accepting honourary doctorates, the PM said the such people would
soon have to follow the same route.
“We are still looking for a law to enforce the proposed measures,” he
said.
