![]() Moseneke is a threat During the recent "consultation" between the Judicial Service Commission and President Jacob Zuma ’s candidate for the position of chief justice, Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, it became quite clear that acting Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke is a bitter, angry and vindictive man. The question should not be the suitability of Justice Mogoeng, but rather the suitability of Justice Moseneke to serve as our second-most senior judge.
