JEALOUS KING BANS USE OF RED CARPETS In the most shocking example of dictatorship, insecurity and blatant madness, king Mswati has ordered his police force to ban ordinary Swazis from using red carpets at part of their events decorations.
The Times of Swaziland reports that events managers have reported that whenever they lay red or white carpets in their events, police remove them. Despite there being no law that bans the use of such carpets, the actions by police as forced Swazis to meekly stop using red and white carpets completely. Out of self censorship, the newspaper desisted from revealing the source of this bizarre order, which they are fully aware of. What our investigations have revealed is that police were given an order by their commissioner who was merely relaying an instruction from his boss, King Mswati, that Royalty should be the only ones in the country who walk on red carpets. SSN strongly condemns this childish and frankly immature behaviour by a tyrant who will do anything to prove to himself that he is superior to his subjects Issued by the Swaziland Solidarity Network (SSN) Contact: Lucky Lukhele- Spokesperson 072 502 4141 -- -- NEW!!!!
