Actually Muallim is the name of a Quranic Arabic teaching tool we would like to develop for Sabily. But it has no relationship with understandquran.com, it's just that this web site has great resources. You won't find any information about Muallim because we are starting from scratch :) (when we have several people interested we could create a project on Launchpad, start working on specifications then development etc.)
