السلام عليكم، Seems that the arabic patch is working (except for a little glitch). You can get it from my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~aelmahmoudy/+archive/ppa
The glitch is that sometimes a wierd character is inserted within the arabic text. Please note that in order to get arabic working properly you must be using an arabic locale. Yet you don't have to change locale for your whole session if you don't want to. You can just do: LANG=ar_EG.UTF-8 <your arabic windows program>.exe To only have arabic locale for the arabic windows program. I hope my instructions are clear.
