Welcome aboard bro ! Well, you can have a look at: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/~sabily.team to see the tasks that need working on. Turkish translations for software would be a great thing too ! Software that would need translation can be thwab. As for themes, we do already have a couple of GTK themes, have a look at sabily-themes package. What we do need is to port the old GDM theme (which was great really!!) to the new GDM version, as the new GDM (2.26) is very different from the older 2.20 (or 2.21) releases. The new GDM is now available on Karmic Alpha 3.
