The sabily theme packages actually change a global configuration option
to make sabily theme the default theme. But if a user already has
overriden the global configuration with a local one, the installation of
sabily theme packages would not (and should not) change the user
settings.

Bug description:
Upon installing UbuntuME/Sabily via instructions found on
http://www.sabily.org/installation?DokuWiki=2f8ff1809feae718341e7c39d294a3a1
(Converting regular Ubuntu 8.10 installation to UbuntuME/Sabily), the
UbuntuME/Sabily theme is not automatically selected and configured after
restarting the PC.
User has to manually select the UbuntuME/Sabily theme via Appearance -> Theme
and download Wallpapers from www.ubuntume.com aswell in order to use one of the
islamic wallpapers.
